Fair Oaks Farms

The Fair Oaks Farms Adventure Center is not your ordinary information center. Located on an operating dairy farm it offers exhibits that explain how the dairy industry protects the environment, cares for the dairy cows, and ensures the highest quality milk possible. You tour the dairy farm and see the milking process first hand. And of course, the dairy processing plant where you can see some of the finest cheeses in the world and ice cream made right before your eyes!
