I have been baking and decorating cakes, cookies and pastries for 30 years. As a professional cake decorator I have worked at North Branch Bakery, Bavarian Inn, Frankenmouth, MI., Jay C Food stores, Krogers, Weis Mkts., Pat's Bakery & Monterey Baking Co.,CA. I have been a Wilton Method Instructor for 27 yrs. I work with all icings: buttercream, whipped cream, fondant, ganache, cream cheese. Can make cupcakes, tiered wedding cakes, cake pops, cut out and sculpted cakes, candy, cookies, pies & breads. All made to your satisfaction.
