About Us
Family owned certified organic shiitake mushroom farm, growing shiitake mushrooms 12 months a year since 1990.We're the only shiitake farm in Texas. Our shiitakes are packed in bulk & in 3.5 oz recycled PETE clamshells. For food service we offer trimmed caps & trimmed baby caps (approx 900 caps per 5 pound case).
