All natural 100% Hereford beef, raised from conception to consumer at our farm, on pastures that are free of herbicides and pesticides. Offering live breeding stock, whole cow ground beef, and some retail cuts. Freezer beeves available by the side, whole or split quarters at wholesale prices to individuals and retail grocers or health food businesses. Most of the families of cattle on the farm have been adapted to local conditions for over seven generations. Gentle Hereford disposition aids tenderness of the beef. Herefords were developed to be the best breed of cattle for grass finishing over three centuries ago. Recent research shows grassfed beef to be much higher in Omega 3s, beta carotene, vitamin E, and CLA than grainfed beef. The flavor of Hereford beef is unmatched. Much Certified Angus beef is actually half Hereford.
