About Us
Nestled in the heart of the Carolina Lowcountry, the Breland family's Ruffin homestead was first settled by William Spencer Breland circa 1845. Since then, six generations of family have cultivated the land upon the hill, which is nourished by the Little Salkehatchie River. Today, the farm still raises its traditional crops of tobacco, cotton, peanuts, corn, and soybeans. Additionally, the farm grows a variety of fruits and vegetables, which can be purchased through out Farmers Market fb.me/brelandhillfarmersmarket
