About Us
The Ohio State University Meat Science Laboratory offers an excellent supply of quality lamb, goat, beef and pork products derived from animals grown within the Ohio State system and harvested at OSU. The Meat Science Facility is state inspected. Products are available either fresh (with notice) or frozen and are packaged in vacuum-sealed or paper wrap in bulk or smaller sizes.
Excellent supply of lamb products including roast ready racks, boneless loins, boneless legs, Gyro (seasonal).
Currently have bone-in and boneless goat cuts available.
