Our business has two distinct arms: 1) A Virginia Department of Agriculture registered nursery where start and inoculate oak seedlings with Tuber melanosporum. Our goal for the nursery is to enable growers to start their own truffiere and propagate black truffle, in season. And, 2) A 6 acre truffiere from which we endeavor to harvest black winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum) in season for sale to local chefs and gourmands.
