Available by quarter, half, or whole with a 5% discount on a half and 10% discount on a whole beef. Born and raised on our farm, never ever given antibiotics, hormones, implants, or steriods or fed any animal by-products. Custom cut just the way you want it, dry-aged 21 days, processed at a USDA inspected facility. A quarter will provide you with approximately 115 pounds of tender, delicious beef ready for your freezer. We pay all the processing costs. | ||||||
